Corbert 4.3 is a player who deals in drugs like Beauty. His upgrades have combined in such a way as to make him both empowered and trapped by sound.
He cannot hear; sound is over-amplified directly into his brain by the drivers attached to his skull. He is mute; through the speakers in his chest, hands and back he commands like the voice of a god, and his laughter sounds like that of an entire nation.
He typically communicates with others through his wife or mistress - he 'talks' to them in a system of finger taps, which they then translate.
